Mike Gibbs, Pastor
Pastor Mike Gibbs was born in Albany, Georgia and began serving here at WDBC in September of 2013.  He and his wife, Sonya, have been married for over 30 years and  have four children.  Pastor Mike received a BA in business management from Valdosta State College, Valdosta, GA in 1988 and worked in retail for fourteen years.  After answering God’s call into the ministry, he earned a Masters of Divinity degree from Southeastern Seminary in Wake Forest, NC in 2001.  He then served as pastor at a South Georgia church for over twelve years.  He is passionate about sound Bible preaching, watching people come to and growing in their faith, and participating in missions.   He has participated in over nine national and international mission trips.  In his free time, he loves spending time with his family, reading, traveling, and enjoying time outdoors. Will Washburn was born and raised in Macon and has been serving at Wesleyan Drive since September of 2019. He graduated from Georgia College and State University and he will begin teaching Lower School Art and High School Drama at Tattnall Square Academy this August. He has been married to his wife, Lindsey for three years and they new parents with their first child, a daughter born in late summer. Will and Lindsey just recently moved back to Macon from Louisville, KY. Will and Lindsey both became followers of Christ at and young age. They are dedicated serving in the local church and seeing God’s kingdom advanceWill has a passion for worship and using music and the arts to glorify God.

 Chris Keys and his wife Jennie have been serving at Wesleyan Drive since June of  2017.  He comes to us with 20 plus years of experience in student ministry.  He has served churches in South Carolina, North Carolina and Georgia.  Chris is excited to be serving a church in his hometown and is excited to see what God has planned for the student ministry here at Wesleyan Drive.  He is a graduate of First Presbyterian Day School and got his bachelors degree from Mercer University in Criminal Justice/Sociology and received a Masters Degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth, Texas.  He and his wife Jennie have been married for 18 years.  Chris's other job is a Bailiff for the Bibb County Courthouse for the Bibb County Sherrif's Office.  His passion and calling are in student ministry and he is excited to minister to the students and their families.
